Armor
Armor modifiers are removed from the attack's total damage. Different armors react differently to different damage types.
You will probably come across other forms of armor and for that, the GM will you give you information as needed.

It should be noted that Lordly Plate renders maneuvers such as Through the Heart useless with a sword.
Helmets help prevent Brain Shots, Knockouts, and Concussions, etc.
